Confidence is the backbone of Chiyo's strong personality. She is fearless when she unleashes her words as she doesn't seem to blink in fear that others would not accept them. Her demanding nature can be stubborn, but she refuses to settle for the impossible and actively seeks out to make it possible. It can lead to her downfall as the girl has no sense of quitting while she is ahead. She has the tendency to march onward despite the risk to her physical or mental health and may need to be reigned in by others.

She is not lacking in her ability to socialize although her whimsical attitude may leave others wondering what will catch her interest next. The third year is the type to laugh during a horror movie and find joy in seeing people screaming on roller coasters. Chiyo is a handsy person, when she is joyous she visibly emits it as well as when her mood turns sour. Some may accuse her for her intrusive attitude and the unabashed ability to ask personal question.

Like her brother, she has a soft spirt for other females and seems to be less demanding with them. She appears to constantly have an eye out for cute girls.....and kouhais.

But underneath her need strong front, she is still sensitive to others opinions and can be hurt in return. She is more likely to hide her feelings then to allow others to see her questioning herself. Her experience with rumors makes her an avid individual who does her best in never spreading ones herself out of malice. Although she is quite found of teasing others out of familiarity and affection, she is careful to avoid doing so where others may see it as bullying.

█ BIOGRAPHY
Born as the middle child to a widowed mother, Chiyo idolized the strong women in her family. Her mother, having lost her husband when Chiyo was still young, shouldered the responsibility of caring for her children with all her might. She learned early on of the scandalous whispers of those who didn't believe in her mother's ability to do so, and loathed every minute of it. Wanting nothing but to put them in their place, the young girl began to grow fearless of her words and voice. Unfortunately her younger brother didn't inherit the same confidence that the rest of their family had, and she vowed to never have enough of it for the both of them.

As the sister closest in age to her brother, she saw herself as his watcher against the short sighted bullies that knew nothing of kindness. With her sharp tongue and eagerness to get her hands dirty for those under her care, even her peers became wary of how drastically different the sweet looking girl was from her appearance. Junior high was a tough road for her after she made her ability to turn to violence known to others. But despite how lonely she became during those years, she prided herself in knowing that everyone would think twice before taking a hit on her brother.

Her struggle from being ostracized by her classmates surprisingly helped to fuel her own confidence as she convinced herself that she was strong enough to stand alone. Still, as a young girl who still valued friendship, she missed having a good relationship with her peers. Now in high school, Chiyo was able to start over with a fresh start while most begun to forget about the earlier years. It is still common for her peers to often fall into a false sense of security with her innocent appearance, but she is sure to remedy that just as quickly. For now, she is grateful to be on relatively good terms with the other students and still periodically worries for her younger brother.
